2024 Awards Banquet Reservation

Date: Saturday Jan 18th 2025 @ 6:00pm (Check-in starts at 4:30pm)
Location: Best Western Inn at Hunt’s Landing in Matamoras PA (Route 84 – Exit 53)
Dinner reservations must be received by Dec 20th, 2024. Any reservations made after this date will be charged a $5 late fee per person and we cannot promise that certain awards will be able to be ordered or customized. Please note that no tickets will be mailed to you.
Dinner served at 6pm and Awards Ceremony is from 6pm-9pm. Raffle Prizes will be drawn throughout the ceremony. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
Awards will include:
– Top 10 District 34 Ultimate and Tri-State Trax Champions (Check website for winners: www.district34mx.com)
– Hurricane Hills High Point Track Awards (Check website for winners: www.HHmotocross.com)
You must purchase a dinner to attend the banquet and receive your awards! Friends and family are welcome to attend. If for some reason you are unable to make the banquet you must designate someone attending the banquet to pick up your awards for you (same deadlines apply – NO EXCEPTIONS).
Dinner Buffet: Rolls, soup, salad, a variety of entrée’s, dessert, soda, coffee & tea. Cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
Hotel Accommodations: Dining Room, Bar, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Workout Center, and Arcade. All rooms include full amenities (hair dryers, irons, etc.). Call 570-491-2400 to make your reservation.
